I am a mother, artist, writer, minister, and a woman who has advocated for issues of women all of my life. My art supports several websites dealing with sexual abuse, prostitution and trafficking, movement therapies, spirituality and using art in healing work. This includes making statements politically and advocating for earth causes. I am particularly proud of a new piece in a series using the statue of liberty -- she sits in a bhuddist meditation pose and the fire is a lotus flower. My most recent series centers around "the change" as I am experiencing it myself. I believe in healing in all realms and that women are the leaders in using their bodies, minds, and spirit in healing themselves andeach other, in synch with the great Mother Earth. I look forward to more years of art and writing, and being part of womens lives in many new ways.
